Jeffrey Allen Price has been organizing events and festivals since 1996, the year he inaugurated both of his major semi-annual events, the THINK POTATO (Potato Festival) and MASQ (Masquerade Festival). Jeffrey Allen Price has many sobriquets as an impresario: Potus-Caktoe, Spuddy-Cactus, Otatop-sutcac, among others.
